1. Who we are

Mena Nath Media (“Mena Nath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an integrated marketing communications agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in public relations, influencer marketing, talent management, and brand campaigns across Nigeria and Africa.

Website: menanathmedia.com
Email: hello@menanathmedia.com
Phone: +234 706 202 3269

For the purposes of Nigeria’s data protection framework (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and related regulations), we act as the controller of personal data described in this policy, except where a third-party service (such as Google Forms) processes data under its own terms as described below.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our website at menanathmedia.com and related pages
  • People who contact us by email, phone, or other channels listed on the site
  • Creators and talent who apply to join our Creator & Talent Network via our online application form
  • Brand, agency, and production contacts who enquire about our services

It does not cover websites, apps, or platforms we link to (including social media and Google), which have their own privacy practices.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you get in touch or apply to our network, you may share details such as your name, email address, phone number, social handles, portfolio or media links, location, professional experience, preferences, and any message or brief you send us. Creator Network applications are submitted through a Google Form hosted by Google; the fields collected are those shown on that form at the time you apply.

Business & campaign context. In the course of PR, influencer, talent, and brand work, we may receive personal data about creators, talent, media contacts, or client representatives from you, your agency, or our clients — for example names, contact details, likeness, and usage rights needed to run campaigns.

Technical & usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and delivery infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps in server or security logs. We do not operate a user account system on this website, and we do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or analytics tags on the site itself.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects or partnerships
  • Review Creator & Talent Network applications and match talent with suitable opportunities (influencer campaigns, commercials, productions, brand partnerships, events, and related work)
  • Deliver our services — including PR, influencer marketing, talent management, and brand campaigns — and manage related communications
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and digital presence
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and those of others

We do not sell your personal information. We may contact applicants and enquirers about opportunities or updates relevant to the reason you reached out; you can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below.

6. Sharing & processors

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — including website hosting, email, and form tools. Creator Network applications are collected via Google Forms; Google processes that submission under Google’s terms and privacy policy
  • Clients, agencies, and production partners when needed to evaluate or book talent for opportunities — typically with your knowledge in the context of an application or representation discussion
  • Professional advisers (such as legal or accounting) and authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security

We require parties who process personal data on our behalf to protect it appropriately and use it only for agreed purposes.

7. Cookies & similar technologies

Our marketing website is primarily informational. We do not use the site to place advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Your browser may still store essential data required for basic site function or security by our hosting provider.

If we introduce analytics, marketing cookies, or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or choice.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, while we review an application, manage an active relationship, or retain records needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes — and then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your interaction with us has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

10. International transfers

We are based in Nigeria. Some tools we use (including Google services and website hosting) may process or store data on servers outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards and the contractual or policy protections offered by those providers, consistent with applicable law.

11. Your rights

Subject to Nigerian data protection law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in Nigeria.

To exercise these rights, email hello@menanathmedia.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

12. Children

Our website and Creator & Talent Network are directed at professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Third-party links

The site links to third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Forms). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our forms after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
